We use what you send us only to reply to you and plan your day. We don’t sell your details or use them for advertising.
To improve the site, we use two analytics tools. Neither one sees what you type into our forms.
Who we are
OMG Moods is a wedding and studio photography studio in Islamabad, Pakistan. If you have a question about any of this, write to hello@omgmoods.com.
When you send an inquiry
The details you type into our inquiry form are your name, contact number, email, preferred date, the kind of work you’re interested in, number of guests, venue, city and anything you add in the notes. They reach us by email through FormSubmit, the service that delivers our form.
We use them to reply, to check availability and to plan the work. We keep them for as long as we need them for that, and we’ll delete them if you ask.
When you send a gift request
If you request a gift voucher, we save what you type into the form: your name, WhatsApp number and email, the recipient’s name and city, the experience you chose, your message to them, and whether you’ll pay from Pakistan or overseas. Once a voucher is issued we also keep its code, its dates and, when a session is booked, the session date and time and the recipient’s email if they give us one. This is stored in a private database on Cloudflare that only our team can open.
We use it to reply to you, confirm your payment, issue the voucher and arrange the session. Anyone with the link to a voucher can see the recipient’s name, the experience, your message and your name, so share that link only with the person it’s for. We never store bank details or receipts on the site. Those stay in WhatsApp. We keep gift records for as long as we need them for these purposes, and we’ll delete them if you ask.
When you message us elsewhere
If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, that conversation happens in those services and follows their own privacy terms. The same goes for Instagram, which this site links to.
How we understand visits to the site
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and pages. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t follow you from site to site.
- Microsoft Clarity records how people tap and scroll, so we can fix anything confusing. It may set cookies, and we’ve told it to hide everything typed into our inquiry form. If you visit from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, Clarity runs in a limited mode that sets no cookies. You can read Microsoft’s privacy statement for how it handles data.
Other services this site uses
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site. To do that it sees your IP address.
- Google Fonts supplies our typefaces, so your browser fetches them from Google, which sees your IP address.
- Vimeo plays the film on the Weddings page and may set its own cookies or collect data when it loads.
The pages themselves set no cookies of their own.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Just write to hello@omgmoods.com. You can also stop Clarity and similar tools with your browser’s tracking protection or a content blocker, and the site works the same without them.

If we change what we collect, we’ll update this page and its date.
